1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using I2S Assistant (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

I2S Assistant is an AI-powered business toolkit that helps you clarify, validate, and launch ideas using the 5Cs Framework. The Service includes dashboards, templates, and analytics to support your business growth.

We may update or improve features at any time, and we may limit or suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You will maintain the security of your account and credentials.

4. Accounts & Security

• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You agree not to share your login credentials with others.
• If you suspect unauthorized use, you must notify us immediately at support@teemanllcusa.com.

We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access if safeguards were not followed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse or interfere with the Service (e.g., spamming, hacking, reverse engineering).
• Upload or transmit harmful content (malware, illegal material, infringing intellectual property).
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Payments (if applicable)

Some features may require payment. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Payment terms will be clearly displayed at checkout.

7. Third-Party Logins

You may choose to sign up or log in with Google or Facebook. By doing so, you authorize us to collect basic information (name, email, profile ID) to create and authenticate your account.
We do not post to your accounts without permission. You may revoke access anytime in your Google or Facebook account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, trademarks, content) belong to Teeman LLC USA or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or business purposes in compliance with these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Breach these Terms.
• Engage in unlawful or harmful behavior.
• Misuse or abuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account (see Data Deletion Instructions).

10. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee that the Service will always be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.
• We disclaim liability for loss of business, profits, or data caused by use of the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teeman LLC USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and Nigeria (dual jurisdiction). Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of these jurisdictions.
